I do. It's very easy. I just steam the veggies and then stick them in a regular blender. Fruits are usually baked and then put in the blender. Sometimes I add breastmilk and other times a little bit of the water from the saucepan. Then I portion it out into an ice cube tray then freeze. Easy peasy!

I make food for my baby. I wouldn't call it baby food, just an easier version to eat of what we are eating

I have a baby bullet. It comes with little books for recipes and stuff. It also explains what food help with different things. I love it.

I did the same as EK and also used an old school metal hand-crank food mill for some stuff.
Signs of readiness for solids include being able to sit unassisted, the loss of the tongue thrust reflex, and reaching six months of age. Some babies are ready right at 6 months, some aren't. Babies should never have solids prior to six months without a medical need.

I used the stick blender I already had, no need for special ones.
You want to wait until 6 months AND signs of readiness.

I use a food processor. I also have the infantino fresh squeeze system to put the baby food in pouches.

My sister had a good processor but said it was easier to just boil/steam and mash by hand. Maybe cause clean up was easier?
