EEEK! ANOTHER MILESTONE!!!
EEEK! ANOTHER MILESTONE!!!
This morning I laid Layla down on her playmat on the floor, went to go grab my first cup of coffee, and when i came bsck, she was rolling onto her stomach!!! I went and woke up SO and said, "She rolled from back to tummy!!" He missed it, I only caught the last half of it, so we've been trying ever since to get her to do it again. She won't lol

Ummmm wow!!!! Gosh how old is she...seems Nadya isn't doing any of that!! When does it start?

She rolled from tummy to back at 11 weeks, and she just turned 16 weeks today!! Ugh. She's gonna be a mover!!

Way to go Layla! You're probably gonna have an early mover! Jack rarely turns from tummy to back, he's only done it a few times. And he just started turning on his sides from his back. But he doesn't do it often. And DH misses it all too!

I noticed it helps ALOT to put baby on tummy with her forearms parallel to the floor (like a plank position) tucked to her sides. That's what we did the first time she rolled from tummy to back. She uses her forearms to push herself over. But from back to tummy? No idea how she did it. Maybe used her legs to gain momentum?? I don't know but she hasn't done it since this morning....

Go Layla ?? You know they say if a LO hits milestones early it's because another baby is soon to follow ?
Miller has rolled multiple times but REFUSES to do so if I'm watching him. He's also lazy and just wants to suck on his hands ?
Amanda ·
@@altimuse haha really?? Huh. Interesting.
Layla likes to suck on her hands too. I noticed her doing it while she was trying to roll over. If she would just get her hand out of the way, she would have no problem rolling over lol

Haha I don't know but Miller was holding his head up early and sleeping through the night early and that's what everyone told me ?
Amanda ·
Gotta have sex to get pregnant lol couldn't tell ya the last time that happened!!

Parker flipped back to tummy around 12 weeks. He did it while I was changing him and trying to grab a wipe. He does it ALL the time now but hates being on his tummy and can't figure out how to flip himself back over ?

That's awesome! We can't lay Stella down without her rolling all the time. I think it helps that she's a side sleeper though. She loves to stand though and pretty much hates all other positions!
