And being in her crib!!! Thanks to Merlin's Magic Sleep Suit we were able to transition her from being swaddled in her bassinet, to being swaddle free in her crib!! She totally took the reins on this one and showed us she was ready to transition. I'm not paranoid anymore (tried putting her in her crib a few weeks ago, and I wasn't ready for that) and she sleeps the exact same schedule she did in her bassinet. Yayyy!!! We got our bedroom back! Now we get to watch Netflix in bed again! Lol

This is awesome and encouraging news. I'm not sure I'm ready yet, but it's gotta be soon. What magic suit? I need to hear more about this.

It's called Baby Merlins Magic Sleep Suit. Just google it and read about it. It looks like a snow suit which causes the startle reflex from moving arms, to be muffled. Which means baby can sleep with free arms but they won't wake them up. It's great!! They sell for $40 but I found a good used one off eBay. Wasn't sure how she would like it, so I didn't want to spend that much. They come in 2 sizes. 3-6 month and 6-9 month. I actually bought both off eBay.

Oh, and it's not too hot for them as long as u keep nursery temps around 68-72 degrees. I used to put her in a sleeper and then swaddle her, but now she can wear just a onesie under the sleep suit.

We use it too! I absolutely love it! My son would not be sleeping in his crib at all if it wasn't for the Merlin's sleep suit. I panic if it gets dirty that I'll forget to wash and dry it in time for bed haha!

I might invest in one of these sleep suits! I have jack in his pack n play now with one arm out of his swaddle. He's woken up a few times but has fallen right back asleep. The sleep suit might be a better option though!
