First Night in Crib!!
Eeek! Tonight is our first night having Layla sleep in her crib!! She has been in her bassinet in our room up until now. We are still swaddling her, so I'm very paranoid about her rolling over in her crib (since she has more room) while shes swaddled. Not only that...shes not in our room anymore!!! I'm super sad, and anxious that I may end up moving her back to our room.....

We only have a 2 bedroom so Damiens crib is in our room.. But I remember with my first, I didn't sleep at all that night... I eventually passed out in the glider chair lol. You'll get through this momma!

Jack is still in our room since his nighttime feedings have been sporadic lately. I probably won't put him in his nursery till he's 4-5 months old. Plus I'm not ready yet

Thanks for y'alls support!! I ended up putting her in her bassinet lol
They reccomend putting baby in crib around 6 months. The parents room is the best place for baby to sleep. After learning this I realized there is no real need to have her in her crib right now. I just know its something that will need to be done, I was just trying to rip that band aid off.

Ah you were brave to try! I'm not even considering moving Emerson anytime soon. ? Knowing myself I would just worry all night and would likely also end up in the nursery chair! (And the AAP actually recommends a year in the parent's room, so I don't feel rushed). :)

Im also really paranoid about putting her in her crib . We swaddle and leaving her in the crib makes me hella nervous! My bassinet only holds 15pounds if says ? what's the weight limit for yours ??? I'm reeeally considering buying another one ! luckily she's only 9 pounds haha so I have awhile
