I'm not sure about the smell but she gets what looks lilke lint maybe lol I just take a wipe and clean them but she clinches her fists so it makes it a little hard.....her toes to from her socks gets lint balls so I pick those and she just layes there
Haha this is hilarious. Babies do smell and sometimes it's not great. Since we don formula and breastmilk sometimes it's stinky. Formula spit is the worst!
Lol my guy has cloth fibers in the creases of his hands because we have been keeping mittens on him as he will scratch his face without them. I wasn't successful washing it off. Hubby had to pick it off with tweezers.
Use a wet wipe to wash baby's hands at every diaper change. Slobber, clothes lint, grabbing at mom and dad's skin, hair and clothes.. it accumulates and goes toe jam funky pretty quick

We both smell like sour milk ? my guy is a messy eater so we're both always soaked in breast milk. Doesn't help that I only get a 5 min shower!
