GRIPE WATER What brand do you all use??

I have Little Remedies. Going on day two of using it. Seems to help. I tasted it. Tastes like ginger ale and sprite together.

I'm too lazy to check the name but mine comes in a blue box. Has a woman on the front.

I have Mommy's Bliss. I have yet to use it though. Probably should have when my little guy was fussy that one day. I forgot I even had it. And now, idk when I should even use it.

Bambishh my girl gets fussy at night. She poops only once a day and it's very early in the am so it seems to be a few hours before her poop is when she needs it.

SO got mommy bliss. Just gave her some. Poor thing has been crying and throwing up after every feeding. Im afraid to keep feeding her my milk if its upsetting her. So i unthawed some milk i pumped and froze right after i had her. Still had some colostrum in it. She ate 3 oz and is passed out. Dont wanna wake her but i gotta change her sleeper, and diaper and swaddle her so i can put her to bed for the night. Aye. Its rough.

Amanda, have you eaten anything different today? Maybe that's what's upsetting her tummy. I had chocolate the other night, fed 30 min after I ate it and it didn't sit right with baby boy. So I know not to eat it before I feed him

I had a big glass of chocolate milk last night. But she did ok during her night feeds...it started this morning. Before I ate anything. I now understand why so many women give up breastfeeding. It's sooooo hard!

Just in case anyone didn't know babies butt hole can be to small causing them extra strain and make pooping harder and seem colicky. I didn't believe either but I took my son in at 8 days to have his cut and widened ?

She just got up! She slept for 5 hours!! Can't remember the last time she slept that long!!

Wow. She only got up twice last night!!! This stuff works wonders! And she wasnt grunting or fussing in her sleep!! Yayyy!!

I gave it to baby boy this morning. He was fussy because of gas. He took his dose, let out a big burp and is now happy as a clam

Gave my daughter a dose in the car on the way home. Once we got home she screaming bloody mary none stop all night long. Not sure why or if it was the mommy bliss. She never screamed to where i couldn't console her. Now this morning when i didn't do a full dose it seemed to calm her for awhile .... 3 weeks yesterday so still figuring her out

How and when are you supposed to give it (before or after a feeding)? Is

gripe water for gas or reflux or what? Curious about it. Never used with my daughter. But this guy seems like he gets an upset stomach more often.

You can use it whenever. As needed. The brand I use says up to 6 times a day. I try to use it sparingly but desperate times ...

Good question! I always used gripe water and sometimes would put a few drops in my breast milk bottles before I fed my son. A couple days ago my brother said she has hiccups where is her hiccup medicine? And I said your supposed to give them stuff if they have hiccups? And he said yeah we always gave stuff to Paxton (my nephew) If he had them. She gets them all the time but never acts upset about it though??
