There's also an app called "Relax Melodies" where you can essentially DJ different relaxing sounds. It works offline and will let you use other apps and will continue playing music. I used it for nap time when I worked in a nursery ?

I just used this today so I could get ready for my postpartum appointment!

Excellent! Ty so much, you're a life saver! Made it on time to my appointment and then the dr got called to the hospital for an emergency c section lol. So Jude n I went to the grocery store. Ugh.

Im using it right now! We only use it at night as part of the bedtime routine. Its also wonderful for those late night feedings and burpings lol

Spotify also has a white noise for baby playlist! I leave that on and I swear baby puts himself to sleep and stays asleep!

Just to update you, I tried this last night and WOW! It was like magic!!!! She stopped crying, looked into my eyes with this facial expression of surprise and feel asleep. Thank you, thank you, anything that can make life a little easier right now is extremely appreciated. ?
