Do Braxton hicks feel like....

BH are full tummy contractions, they just don't do anything to your cervix. Your whole belly will tighten up for a bit, then relax. You may be feeling ligaments stretching as baby moves and grows. Ligaments stretching can feel twingy, like a guitar string or rubber band being plucked, or it can feel like a constant pulling pain.

@good and that happens very low? It kinda feels like a quick sharp stabbing or twinge.

I get that all the time! I spoke to my doctor about it and it's because my little boy is pretty low. My cervix is still 4cm long so she said everything is good. It can also be "lightning crotch" ? or "fanny daggers" which feels like stabbing or sharp pain down yonder. Usually it's associated with round ligament pain and you carrying baby low.

This is what I call fanny daggers ? technical term is lightning crotch! Different to BH! X

@happy well I've had BH then....I just didn't know if the sharp pains wayyyyyy low were part of them or if they were like...real contractions, or what not. No clue what they are!!

Mine normally make my stomach so hard and make my back hurt

33 weeks into this...you'd think I'd know allllllll about every lil pain and cramp I've been getting ??
