Lower back pain this early???

Lower back pain this early???

I'm 7 weeks tomorrow, and at 4 weeks, got my positive test. Well, the few days leading up to my positive, I had very bad lower back pain. Today, I STILL have it!!! Wtf? Isn't it too early for constant pain?? I thought it really kicks in, around the third trimester. Ugh. It's terrible. The pain travels around to my hips, and shoots pain down my leg. I hate it. Is this normal so early on??

it could just be your hormones but the baby nor your uterus are really big enough to cause back pain

I've had it my whole pregnancy! It started really early too.

I know there's no reasonable explanation. My baby is the size of a pea! Hormones can do that?? I usually had it during pms too.

Could be a UTI turning into a kidney infection

Oh man...hope it's not a uti!! I don't have any pain associated with urinating....sooo I'm sure it's not. Go to my Drs next Thursday. Just gonna ask him about it.

I happened to be reading this post. I'm 20 weeks but early on had a UTI and I had no idea. During pregnancy you may experience no symptoms for a UTI, which was super strange to me! I too had back pain but that was it...no burning or anything. I've had many over my life and prior to pregnancy was always able to tell immediately when it was starting.

It was only caught because my Obgyn does a urine test every visit.
