I was 1 cm dilated at 39 weeks. It stayed at 1 cm. On the day my son was born I went from 1 cm to 10 cm . Most of which really started to pick up once my contractions started. So with in 24 hrs I got where I needed to be. . Its perfectly fine .
Im 37 weeks and have already dilated 2 cm :) ... But my doctor was really surprised because she said usually first time moms dilate later.. So your fine :) ... I would walk that might help ... Thats what i have been doing through out my pregnancy..

Im 1cm at 36 weeks.. It can jump very fast though! That sucks you dont have any sign of labor though.. My vag hurts so much just for the little bit that it is prepared for birth !! Good luck :)
I think we are due the same day. But I have only dilated about a cm and I am 38 weeks and 5 days. I will know when I go back on the 10th to see if i have dilated anymore

I didn't dilate til 15 days after I was due when they induced me. Dilation is only important if you're in labor.

Went back today and still fully closed. 39+2, bummer!
