Not a stupid question at all. Yes I went through that with all 4 of my pregnancies and I'm pretty sure that I will with this one too. As the baby gets bigger they run out of room and go further north. It sucks but unfortunately it happens. Hope that you find relief soon. I know what helped me some was squatting with my legs open or using the big giant balls (like they use in labor). Hope that helps some

Yup - she likes to chill pretty low. I get shoved in the hip bone quite frequently lol

Sleep with a pillow between your knees. That usually helps
