Im in the same boat as you there is nothing you can do ive tried everything! I may get like a good few days where i actually sleep through the night then like over a week of 3-4 hrs of sleep! Hang in there and try what people may tell you but for me nothing worked
Drink caffeine free sleepy time tea... & this may sound funny.. but ive seen on tv that they have sleep whispers... go on youtube on ur phone & look it up. They said its supposed to help with sleep... they talk really soft & do things thats supposed to relax you... or u can have ur S/O gently rub ur scalp.. or back... lightly play classical music... or ocean sounds... i love the sound of rai. Drops.... that's when i sleep the best... rainy days
Thank you all, I will be trying all of these! My 2/3 hours of sleep isn't even "resting" sleep. I'm still tossing turning with a million things going through my head. Very restless. Thanks for the tips!
You could try relaxing in a warm bath before bed. Maybe a little bit of walking too before it's dark. Calming music also. I have insomnia even when I'm not pregnant and it sucks..

Try some gentle stretching/self massage of sore spots to help you relax before sleep
