My first was an emercgancy section my second was a v back wasn’t induced. My third was a vbac was gonna induce me cos I had high blood pressure aswell they wasn’t keen to induce but cos of my high bp they was going to induce x
I was but it wasn't with the drip but a Foley catheter - basically a ballon is inserted into your cervix to try and dilate you enough to get your water broke.
It didn't do anything for me, needed another section x
Not a lot of hospitals will induce aftr a c section as its to risky. I had an emergncy section with my second and wasnt allowed to b induced with my third and im not allowed to b induced with number 4. Luckily number three came 9days late aftr 3 sweeps
This is new for me... I ended with an emergency csection after I was induced because baby had poo in my waters.
This time I can go vbac but as I got GD I cannot go over my due date so will most likely get induced I think... Will have to ask doctor if I can now as I thought I can
If you had a section then you can still be induced. It's just that they will not use the drip on you as it can cause tearing because of its intensity. They can still induce you but with a lighter method like with pessary.
