I wouldnt say its bad no but i probably wouldnt give more than 2 bananas a day as the contain alot of potassium! But if little man likes them then i don't see why not☺️x

Bananas can cause constipation so just be aware and if he's struggling with poos then maybe rein in the banana!

My son is an absolute banana addict! I had heard that too many is bad because of the potassium, spoke to my doctor, he said you would have to eat something like 100 bananas in under a minute to get potassium poisoning so aslong as he's not constipated then it's absolutely fine x

I personally wouldn't as they can cause constipation and high in potassium and sugar.

My three year old has been known to have 2 or 3 in a day on the odd occasion but normally just one. It's never affected him toilet wise X

My daughter loves them but I limit them to one a day because they have a lot of sugar x

In a medium size banana there's 19g of fat. My lb used to have one or two a week x

I would be more worried about the high sugar content than potassium x

You have to eat a lot of bananas to worry about the potassium levels
