I'd try feeding him a little out of the bottle then trying to latch him. That way he's not super fussy and hungry. :) I hope you succeed!!! Best wishes!!
Get a pump and start pumping to increase your milk again . I agree with pp, try to feed him pumped milk , and also work on getting him to latch. I don't think it's too late

Nursing vacation.
Warm compresses while nursing/pumping.
Mothers milk tea, more milk plus pills etc.
