Needing advice !!
Ever since having my son 4 weeks ago I have regretted deeply not trying to breast feed my milk came in and I had so much ( it was literally dripping constantly out of me) if I try to hand express some still comes out even 4 weeks pp is it too late to try and breast feed ?? And if how can I possibly get my son to latch and feed as stress free as possible now he is so used to just having a bottle ??

Yes you can still breastfeed. It will take a lot of patience and practice to get him to latch, but you can do it. :)

Try try try! Watch a YouTube video, get a book... whatever it takes! Don't give up, you baby needs all your immunity!! :)

How can I get him to latch onto the boob when he is so used to the bottle teat ??

I recommend getting help from someone that is trained with breastfeeding. Have you tried latching him at all?

No not yet I don't even know where to start I'm a FTM and don't know where I need to go for the support or anything that's why I came to this forum.

Will a nipple shield be a good start as it will have the same texture as the bottle ? Then one he is used to latching onto that go for the bare boob or should I just go bare boob straight away ??

How will he know to open his mouth at the boob though he's never done it before do I open it for him and put the boob in or just let him work it out himself ??

Keep in mind bottles were made to mimick the breast. It is natural instinct to nurse. Try not to complicate it to much. Just put your baby to breast over and over until he understands:)
