I had this on my bloods at 9 weeks she was so rough it caused my veins to flair up causing an infection had to have antibiotics for a week. The lady at the hospital who did my last lot at 13wks was so quick and pain free. Amazing how different they can be!

I had this at 37ish weeks when j was having the gd test and the woman was like I'm just gunna draw this line on you so I know where your veins are cause I've forgot my glasses!!!!! Dick pinched my vain too and made me cry and I'm normally ok with my bloods and injections but that cow hurt me ?? x

I had a sweep that made me almost cry. Now she must have thought I was a wimp and wouldn't survive labour haha!!

I went into labour the next day and did it with just gas and air and I'd still pick labour any day over that sweep!!!

Honestly I felt all faint and everything normally I feel nothing as its so easy to get blood from me like one little prick and that's the vile filled, but her she was like oh I'm going to have to go a bit deeper than I normally would as she Rams the bloody needle in my arm !

I had that when I went for my glucose test she really stabbed it in my arm and left a huge bruise, I'm getting better though when I had my first before my midwife even put the needle in I passed out, my OH couldn't believe it he thought I'd never survive labour but I shocked him just hope I'm as good this time lol x

I have really thin veins so every time I have to get blood taken it takes like 7 attempts usually they finally get some out my hand but it comes out so slow it's awful! My sisters the same and when she was in hospital had to get it taken out of her feet?
