Loosing my mind :'(
I know this might sound hilarious to some of you ladies but it's killing me, the past few weeks I have had the worst pain of my life in my bum bone ( don't know the correct term for it) it started off just a little niggle and I thought it was to do with the way I was sleeping or sitting but it's gotten worse, much worse.

I'm only 18 weeks and I have a ring but dosent work I still have so much pain

Will it go away sometime soon or am I just going to have to deal with it until birth :(

Has anyone got any suggestions on how I make this more bearable I already have the inflatable ring and it doesn't work ???

I find a exercise ball helps if I sit on it and gently bounce. That said I'm fortunate that it doesn't cause me any great discomfort.

Jesus any pressure on it and omg I can't even deal with it :(

It sounds like it's your coccyx, I managed to fracture mine by falling down the stairs when I was 13, and it was months before I could sit on a hard surface again. Try cushions, I'm not sure what else to suggest, baby is probably putting pressure on it as I'm
Beginning to feel discomfort now also xx

Yea it's your coccyx I fractured mine when I was 12 coming down a slide and I can't sit on a chair for too long without it playing up. It's torture this pregnancy ?
If you mention it to your midwife she can send you to physio and they'll teach you some exercises to help xx

Oh god yes I remember this. If it's any consultation it did not last all the way through my pregnancy. I used hot water bottles a lot and every morning I slowly stretched my back out (mid wife showed me how). But nothing much helped, sorry ?

Have you tried getting down on your hands & knees, just to let gravity pull baby away from your coccyx for a little while?
If your discomfort is being caused by pressure from baby, that might help.

No I haven't tried that but I will I'm willing to try anything
