Back to work tomorrow
It just hit me like a ton of bricks. I go back to work tomorrow. I have been looking so forward to going but now it's hitting me. In the 17 Weeks I have been out I have only been away from Damien for an estimated total of 7 hours. No that's not my longest time away... that is the total amount of hours I have been away from my son since the day he was born (not counting sleeping). I know it will be good to get out and work, but my heart is seriously sad. DH keeps reassuring me the day goes fast... he's to hoping he's right.

Yes Corey is right and best of all you love your job. And you're damn good at it. You're getting back to work to continue providing for your family and that's a great thing. Xo

You can get through it! On the plus side, you have Damien's sweet face to come home to! Which just makes those moments even more precious.
I remember when I was 3, I always looked forward to my daddy coming home from work. I'd run to the front door every time he walked in and he would lift me up and toss me in the air before giving me a big bear hug.
