...to check out his heart murmur and I'm a nervous wreck. Does anyone have any positive stories? Like even if they found a problem.. I just need some encouragement.

I had one as a child and it fixed itself. Hope it's good news tomorrow!

Thanks you ladies. I feel a little better. We had a fetal eco when I was 18 weeks pregnant that came out normal so I'm definitely staying optimistic. We have a history of congenital heart defects in our family (My sister and MIL) so his dr wanted to be extra cautious when she heard the murmur.

My little one had his scan on Friday, the lady said his scan looked fine, but he does have a hole in his heart. She wasn't concerned. I'm now waiting for the consultant to get in contact with me. This hole never showed on his 20 week scan, we was referred because of a murmur. Sometimes it's just an innocent murmur and means nothing, I was told before he went for the scan. try not to worry and good luck for tomorrow
