How did u ladies loose ur belly fat I need help and it’s taking a tole on me ..... idk what to do I want one more child but with my health issues I pass the way my stomach look I wish I was pregnant so won’t nobody ask me if I am it’s uncomfortable I’m a rookie at exercising I’m trying but if I keep doing my research I rather get it off idk ladies help me please ty😍
I don’t eat fried food I eat chicken and sea food I eat veggies and steamed food I cheat maybe once a month exercising I walk m-f I don’t eat salt food nor sugury foods it’s reAlly hard
Eating healthy is the first big step! Losing weight is 80% the way you eat and 20% exercise. Cut artificial sugars out of your diet, watch your carb intake, eat more home cooked meals, don't use oils like canola oil, eat more healthy fats and have the will power!
