Sushi is my biggest craving also. I cried the other day walking past the sushi train in town because i couldnt have any!! Haha. Do you buy yours or make them?
There is a nice place in town but im just worried that they will tell me the meat is cooked fresh but it isnt! And home made sushi is never as good haha
@jess that's why I like the tempura one. The shrimp is already cooked then it goes into the fryer so it gets double cooked. And the crab is the imitation crab meat so it's already cooked, but usually if you ask them to warm it for a few seconds they will.

@Jess I buy it. There is an amazing Japanese place near me that I use to work at.
@lisa anything cooked really. I had a shrimp tempura roll, California roll, and a Baltimore roll which is crab in a spicy mayo sauce with cucumbers.
@Luna its called Chicken Negamaki. It's thinly sliced chicken wrapped around scallions in a teriyaki soy sauce. It's amazing.
