I have taken it quite a jut during sickness and it was approved by my dr. Just do the recommended dose or less

yep perfectly safe! I work night shift and sometimes use tylenol Pm or benadryl to help me fall asleep at a normal hour on my nights off. Recommended dose is two pills but I can get away with just one. It does dry up your secretions though so I have to drink extra water in the morning.
