Hello everyone, princess penny here, my baby arrived today, after my last post I went downstairs to make a drink, my waters broke in the kitchen, contractions started to come thick & fast, pottered around for as long as I could n then headed to hospital where they said I was 7cm dilated!!!

Gave birth at 12.08 pm & was home by 4.30... Were all tucked up in bed now,my daughter is gorgeous, I can't stop stroking her peachy skin, and she seems so chilled out!

It's early days but everything is perfect so far, feeding, sleeping etc Ive been blessed... Good luck & best wishes to you all I hope u get to see your bambinos very soon,night night x

Due today. I've been having roughly 4-5 hours of painful contractions... Not bh.. These stop me dead in my tracks.... At least twice a week for the last 3 weeks. That being said, I am 1 cm, 50%, and high. Sooo all that pain for nothing!

I go to doc in 9 hours, have insomnia again, and seriously hope we show some sign of progress!

Today has been a lot of fetus yoga! Very mobile baby boy... Hopefully in the right position!

Hi dee, I'm in the uk and have no idea if im dilated or not... Got a hospital appointment tomoz but not sure if they'll examine me & havnt been examined so far!

To be honest I'm terrified of the midwife rummaging around down there lol, I know this isn't something women like but does anyone actually fear it?? I think that's why I want it to all happen by itself but like u I'll still b going till xmas at this rate & like the previous post I can't stop cleaning, I'm driving myself n everyone around me nuts, got a busy day planned tomorrow but who knows maybe something will have happened by then, Im way too impatient to wait any longer....

I really want my waters to break at home n then me n my other half have to make a mad dash to the hospital ( just like in the movies lol ) but that's the thing with pregnancy isn't it, it doesn't seem to go the way u plan, baby has other ideas! :)

I have 8 days to go an keep waiting on every little pain thinking it could be it. Getting used to struggling wiv pegnancy bt stil can't wait 4 it 2 b over. I'm gona pull out all d stops this week to encourage her along (just like curry, sex, walking etc). I can't stop cleaning which is starting to drive me mad also! Anyway Gud luck girlies, it shudnt b too long till we meet our babies now x x

Dee best of luck to you too! I love the idea of wishing pain on each other. There was a point last week when the dr thought I was gonna need a c-section due to the size of my baby but thankfully the ultrasound showed she wasn't as large as they thought. So I truly hope that you are successful in your vbac! I look forward to hearing more!

Heatherrose I know exactly how u feel felt like that last week was sooooo done and fed up, feeling lot better this weekend. spent it doing some more sorting and nesting trying to keep busy and make time go quicker. If I go over they won't induce me as I had emergency c section with my son but am trying for a vbac this time. They will do a stretch and sweep at 40+7 (I hope I don't get that far) and then after that it would be another c section. Hopefully you will go into labour naturally before 40+. good luck with everything bring on the pain! Never thought I would be wishing pain on myself or others!!! X

I am due in three days and I haven't progressed at all! My dr says she will let me go two weeks past due so it is so frustrating to think my due date really means nothing! I am so ready to be done being pregnant but could still have another two weeks to go :(

Omg princesspenny can just imagine how u must feel today being due date! Bet asda girl face was a picture! Wish I knew if I was dilated effaced or whatever else happens are u ladies that already know in the us? I am in uk asked midwife how I would know (hoping she would examine me!) she just said I won't until I go into labour and am examined at the hospital bummer!!! Have next midwife appoint at 40+1 if I make it that far at this rate I will be still going at Christmas lol! Make sure all you ladies keep us updated will be so interesting to see how we are all doing and where we all are! X

I'm due today (yikes) but not felt a thing, I know babys really low, it's uncomfortable just to walk now, but I'm hoping my waters break on there own n I don't have to be induced, up till now I've been really stressed about everything, the birth etc but I feel calm today & ready for her arrival, I'm sooo excited!

I've just been shopping in asda & the sales girl asked when I'm due, I said today n she looked frightened to death like I was about to drop there & then lol..

I'm due a week from tomorrow. I'm only dilated to a one. I've had some Braxton hicks contractions, but nothing serious. I am so ready to have this baby though! He has stretched my belly so bad I am itching constantly!! Hanging in there though!

I am due in 6 days have just started to get braxton hicks (at least I think they are BH you get so many aches and pains it's hard to know!!!) other than that nothing else really! So exciting we are getting so close! X

How exiting! Were both very close now :) x

Not due this week, 23 days and counting!! No signs yet.

Hey, I'm not due this week but in 9 days time haha, havnt had that many signs yet, last time I was checked she was 3/5 engaged so I'm hoping more has happened :) also not to sure if ive had my show, i think so though lol, what about you? X x
