Yes it's just warm milk! The sprinkles are optional but they stirred theirs in once they had a sip! Comes with a flake or a marshmallow. Worth the 55p to enjoy my coffee to myself! Lol x

Awww are they good at drinking from cups? My lg is 16 months and I reckon she'd like one but I'm scared she'll get it all over herself lol xx

They are getting better at it Julow but you have to still keep and eye as they tend to tip too much if your not watching! They do also come with a lid so they also gave drinking out of the little hole a go! ?
