Love their little outfits, they are so so sweet! Can I be really nosy ? were you told they weren't identical whilst you were pregnant? My twin girls are 18 months old today and I was told they weren't identical but have read loads that up to 30% of non identicals actually are! My husband and I are the only ones who can tell them apart 100% of the time lol. Do you struggle to tell your girls apart or can you clearly see any differences in them? Sorry, I'm very curious! I always wonder if my girls actually are identical too! How did you get them tested? Xx
They are DCDA so was told all the way through they are non ID. I think the hospital tell you that so you don't pester them for info etc! The girls have been getting more and more similar as they weight difference reduced. I've always wanted to test to know either way as it get embarrassing when people ask if they are ID and I say I don't know!
I tested them using DNA solutions. They do £20 off for TAMBA members which made it more feasible at £79. To me they look different but others find it hard. It think it's our job to know our children! The results took 2 weeks (longest wait ever!) if you do get yours tested you will have to let me know xx
I've known a handful of supposed non ID frats that were so alike they just had to be identical. My daughter was a fraternal twin and they told me there is a 30% chance they would be identical if the same sex.

My girls have always differed by 1-2 pounds which doesn't sound a lot, but one of their faces is a little bit more round than the other which is one of the ways that people try to tell them apart lol. My twins have the exact same eye colour and shape nose and mouth have the same hair colour and both have some curls but there face shape is completely different and also are a different build one is slim and the other is big built but the same weight if that makes sense people can tell mine apart but was told no Id then at another scan told they were Id so Iv no idea what they are they are now 16months x
@xunwinx I think it's a mothers thing that makes them look different. your girls are beautiful and definitely ID. Even though I have the paperwork to say mine are ID they still look different! Twins are just amazing! Xx
I have to second that it's the most amazing experience ever some days it's really hard and I think I can't cope anymore and then hey will do a cheeky grin or hug each other and I just melt I cannot believe how lucky I am to have them we had no twins in either family and we tried for a third and got third and fourth and I wouldn't change it for the world, your girls are beautiful by the way have they began interacting with one another yet my twins speak there own language as well as English Iv no idea how they understand one another but they communicate so well x

Thank you! They say to look at features, eye colour and hair colour as head shape is all determined by position in the uterus! Xx

They hold hands whenever you put them next to each other and yesterday they were laying giggling at each other. No idea what was so funny!! X
