Possibly. Hard to tell... Twins always seem like contortionists. I see some lines, but also could be distortion...

It def looks like 3 lines, but that's not the "standard" crotch shot, so some of those lines may not be genitalia, like it could be femur (hip) bone, or bones of the pelvis...
