Ok y'all. Need ya help

So I've been on the pill for several months now. I've been tracking my period and it's pretty regular give or take a week. I'm about 10 days late. And sorry tmi but I have a lot of white milky discharge. NO breast soreness, nausea, fatigue (well no more than normal), and no food cravings. I've had cramping only a few times in the last 2 weeks and it's not too bad. Took a test today and it was negative. I will be taking another test tomorrow morning. I don't know does it sound like early pregnancy or just an irregular period? My life hasn't been that stressful lately either so not sure what's going on.
