...problems that is. I'm 34 weeks and my back is in the worst pain its ever been in. I really don't want to take too much Tylenol. I took one last night and it did nothing. I took one this afternoon and still horrible pain. I am a SAHM with a very active 18mo old so I can't just rest all day. What can I do!? Please it's getting to be too much.

Ugh I hear ya my lower back is killing me as well... And my feet .... 34 weeks here also.... ? 6 more weeks to go. It seems so far away!

Omg girl I'm dying. The last couple of nights I'm tossing and turning. Peeing 4x during the night. This is my 2nd and I don't remember being this uncomfortable. I guess it really is forgotten pain lol. Can I use a heating pad on low?

What about hot showers or bath
Does anyone know if Epsom salts are ok during pregnancy because its amazing for pain!
Be careful with rubs many contain asa( aspirin )
We have one in Canada called Lakota it has all natural ingredients the active one for heat is hot pepper (capsicum)
