The bug guy came 4x and sprayed put powder down every time. They never went away. My mom set the fogger off while I was in the hospital having dd. When we came home my mom had no new bites waking up the next morning. We got this specifically because it's the only thing that has worked for anyone we know who has used it.
You absolutely can get rid of bugs yourself with these products. But you can't rely just on them. You can treat your own home with a handheld steamer, furniture mattress, high wash and heat everything, mattress and box spring covers, constant vacuuming and reapplying the powder. It does work it's just a lot of work.
Exactly pp. you don't just set off the fogger and then expect them gone. It was a lot of work. The fogger was the last step and it worked. The exterminator charged 100's of dollars to put down powder and spray. And they still didn't go away.
