Braxton Hicks help

This is my second pregnancy but feel so new this time around. I never had BH with dd. I am 22 weeks and everything is healthy and fine. I see my doctor next week. I'm having them all day for a couple weeks now. They are very uncomfortable. I am drinking ungodly amounts of water and I get them standing, walking, and laying down. They aren't getting worse but they are very constant. Is this normal? Googling anything makes you think you're dying so I want to avoid that.
