Just found out I was pregnant last Wednesday! But still going strong and lifting those weights and pumping out cardio ?? I lifted all through my pregnancy with my son and plan to do so with this babe as well ❤️
I do get little twinges in my belly and I do get out of breath a lot quicker- but I’m just not pushing it to hard and just focusing on keeping my body moving rather than intensity or making myself sweat like a faucet haha.

Good job ! ? any symptoms changes through your workout because of tummy pains , short breath etc ?
