I'm a first time mom and just found out yesterday morning I'm having twins. Then last night I start having bright red spotting, please, if anyone has *positive success stories* after bright red spotting please please let me know. I'm freaking out about my twins.

I went to the bathroom & had a lot of bright red discharge & immediately freaked out because I had miscarriaged twice before but he was fine????????!!!!!! He’s 1 now & I just found out I’m pregnant again. Make a appointment just to make sure,????????all is well

Spotting can be normal during pregnancy, especially when having twins! You have twice the blood flow, twice everything! Lol I’m sure everything is fine but if the spotting becomes heavier along with cramps I would head to the ER just to be safe. Good luck and happy and healthy 9 months!
