freaking out about spotting

During the 5th week I had bright red bleeding that made it through my pants in the time it took me to walk from the work cafeteria back to my office. There was nothing to do but wait and see, unfortunately.

For me, it ended up amounting to nothing, as I’m currently 33 weeks with no issues.

Thank you, my doctor called me back, and wasn't concerned but did move up my initial appointment and told me I couldn't have sex or exercise for 1 week after any bleeding and the time starts again if I ever bleed again. He said since I saw the heart beat that chances of miscarriage fall to 2 %.

I had bright red spotting after my first ultrasound at 6+2. Continued to have red and brown spotting through week 11. Twins are currently 5 months old now.

I had placenta previa (partial) with both of my kids. I had severe bleeding on and off for weeks. It was very scary, but my kids are fine. The placenta starts forming around 13 weeks I think, so it's still too early for me to know if I'll have the same issue with my Twinkies this go around. Just know that bleeding could be caused by lots of things. Not all of them are horrible. Some of them just mean no sex for a while. (Which also sucks)

I bled sometimes heavily and with clots til 23 weeks with my duo. They are now happy nearly 3 year olds.
