Baby sitter trust worthy

How did u go about finding a baby sitter ? My daughter is in school but I have to take her out when I have my February baby Bc I can't pay 650 a week for daycare :( my husband is going to stay home some days out of the week so we r looking for someone about two or three days a week n don't know how to find someone ..please help! Share ur story ???
