@littleonemorning yea boo. Surprisingly even with the cream cheese my number came back good. It's a whole wheat bagel. I thought they didn't make them but they do.

@sheenese17, bagel thins I believe are made my Thompson? Google them just to be sure or fiber one? But they are still bagels just as thin as a slice of bread, so much less carbs!
