Im gonna take some Tylenol right now but i Might have to take a trip to l&d if it doesnt help, I took my 1 year old to my sons baseball game because she had listened most of the day in which i ended up having to chase her like usual but this time my hips feel like they are legit seperating from my body. Im in excrusiating pain whether i stand, sit, lay down no matter what i do it hurts

Do you wear a maternity support belt?
I had major hip problems, including hip separation and rotation during both my pregnancies. The support belt was literally all that made it possible for me to walk day to day. With my first it was so bad I was seeing a massage therapist, a occupational therapist, and a chiropractor on top of my OB. I wore the support belt from 28 weeks on.
With my second I saw just the occupational therapist and my OB but I also started wearing my support belt in early 2nd trimester.

@farmers_wife10 might have to look into that. These hip pains werent an issue until yesterday but even after resting all night im still hurting, not in tears hurting like i was before but still cant walk or get comfortable.. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and hate pain medication (didnt even take my Vicodin after my c sections) but i seriously wanted a damn pain killer last night
