After months of calling the hospital trying to take care of my bill from my sons birth it went to collections. So now I have to do this process all over again 😩😩 and they transferred me to just go to a voicemail so hopefully this is taken care of soon. Hate that for 4 months I called and got the same answers just for them to go to collections like when I was calling you should have let the insurance know what you need cause I had the insurance call them too. Having kids are just way to complicated
