I don't like moaning about my hubby because he is pretty amazing most of the time. But this is exactly us sometimes. He goes off and has a shower/ bath whatever whenever he wants. No thought other than 'I need a shower so I'm gonna have one'. Ok right? Well when I've done the same thing or gone off to dye my hair whatever. He calls for me if I've been gone 'too long'. How come we don't have the same leisure of swaning off when we want to?? Lol Difference in roles of Mum & Dad I guess!

@sara-lou86 I don't like to moan about mine either but sometimes I need to rant lol! I expected him in at 1 from work today oh no he went and got a haircut lol 😂 it's like we have to ask to do stuff as mams whereas they get to do what they want most of the time 😐 usually he comes in the bathroom after half an hour to tell me Kai won't stop crying because he thinks I'll get out and sort him I think.. no chance 😂

This is me and my fiance exactly. I literally had a go at him today about it because he expects to be able to sleep in, shower when he wants and play his game but doesn't understand that sometimes I need time to relax as well haha 🙈 Thought it was just me having this problem x

I get that all the time, it's awful. I have two kids with no spare time, honestly I tried to have an honest conversation with him the other day saying it's all getting me down, not having any space from kids all day, I feel I look horrible etcetc. But what did he do? Mock me saying don't play the depression card (I've never had depression in my life, so not like I can play it as a card especially when I never even used that word) help is all I ask for, a bit of peace for me. But apparently I don't get it because I don't have a hobby and he does so he should do his thing x

@megan-leigh oh no mine is like that too last week there were days he wasn't getting out of bed til 11 or 12 cause he was off work I was fuming lol, he'll say right I'm off for a shower but if I want a bath I have to ask him to watch Kai, imagine the roles were reversed they wouldn't cope lol, on a weekend he does get up 1 day with Kai I usually have to nudge him like so by that point I can't get back to sleep anyway 😂x

@kayleeebeee omg I would flip that's an awful thing to say to you, I've spoke to Gary before and he knows I do alot but if I just want an hour child free it's oh well I'll take him to my mams like no, I get he works but after half an hour I can see he's stressed, hes a brilliant dad I can't fault him on that I just wish men understood we need our time child free too like they get it all day at work, it's tiring x
