Hahaha you sound like me. But I’m too lazy to make cinnamon rolls. I find raisin cinnamon bread easier since I don’t have to cut before baking lol. Plus the bread stays fresh longer for some reason. Btw not sure if you know this but you can freeze pretty much everything you bake. Bread you can either freeze as a loaf, or slice and freeze so you can take out only what you want. Cookies can be frozen as dough or after baking. Muffins freeze amazingly, and you don’t have to leave them out to defrost. I just stick one in the microwave for 15-25 seconds and they’re as good as freshly baked. I bake way too much for our family to eat before going stale so I freeze baked treats weekly, so I can continue baking more lmao.

Ray why don’t you move to Ca ? We can be baking buddies! Give it away to friends and neighbors to sample and let them know you want their feedback and start selling it!

My last reply just says that you can freeze leftover baked goods....If you have a favorite bread loaf you can modify that to be cinnamon raisin otherwise I can give you my loaf recipe. Most recipes make two loaves and I’ll usually leave one plain and the other raisin cinnamon. To do this After the initial kneading, split the dough into two, and knead 1/2 cup of raisins into one of the dough balls. We like a lot of raisins but feel free to do 1/4 cup per loaf if your family isn’t big in raisins. Then allow to rise as usual, in separate covered bowls. After the first rise pat your raisin dough into a long rectangle. I don’t have exact measurements but look at your tin and make the width of the dough 2/3 the length of your tin because when you roll up the dough with your filling, it’s going to get a bit bigger. Make the rectangle as long as you want. Mine is probably 3 times longer than it is wide. Then brush your dough with some beaten egg leaving an inch boarder free on all sides. Use egg and not butter so your bread is less likely to separate at the swirl. Otherwise you’ll get a big gap. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar ( 1/2 cup brown sugar, and one or two table spoons of cinnamon. You won’t use all the cinnamon sugar but yo can keep it for next time) over where you put the egg. Then roll the dough into a swirl log. Pinch and tuck your seams and put in the tin to rise. If you’re doin a plain loaf put that in your second tin and leave them both to rise. Bake them both as you usually would for the plain bread recipe... I really hope this made sense. This is my own process for making raisins cinnamon bread that I just kinda figured out through trial and error. If anything doesn’t make sense feel free to ask questions.

I’m sure there are plenty of great golf courses. And the people are nice. I feel like we have been in the top places to live the last few years lol

I’d say the hottest 110 and the coldest 10. Only super hot and cold for 20-30 days of the year. The rest is pretty mild. We see all seasons. The mountains are gorgeous.
