I’ve started doing some challenges from Pinterest. Hoping to kick start a healthy, positive, creative year. I just made daily habit tracker and I’ve taped the challenges on the walls of my living room and kitchen. I’m on day two and excited to see how well I do. (So far so good haha) I even measured my body and made a chart to update at day 15 and 30. To see my progress from the challenges.

I’d love to do some Pinterest challenges but I’m nervous. I haven’t been especially active and I’m super early 6wks. I don’t want to hurt the baby. . .

You should! Listen to your body though.
Being fit is beneficial! Between my first and second pregnancy, you could tell the difference in delivering. First I was fit and only had to push 3 times and bam baby. Second time I was pushing for hours, totally out of shape.
Doing the squat challenge would be good. ? or a walking challenge. I’m sure there are pregnancy fit challenges of some sort. You could make your own challenge, like a kegel challenge? You could do that sitting and no one would ever know it haha.

@strawberry if you have not been active I would speak to your doctor about starting to exercise. During my first trimester my doctor had me maintain my work out, trimester 2 i was able increase. Your body is now working overtime.
