It’s a 45 min drive one way so it would have to be 2.5-3 minimum. He is working late as usual. Since being sahm he works a ton more to make up my income. I don’t really have any friends.
And I’m starting to feel ?. ? I can’t go visit and possibly get my grandpa sick. Then his health would be jeopardized. This is so unfair.
I’m so sorry. It’s not the same but could someone hold a phone up to her ear? My grandma passed without me being able to say goodbye. I was at a wedding 5 hours away when they said she wouldn’t make it through the night. I was sad I couldn’t say goodbye. ?
I tried calling my sister and my mom. Just waiting for someone to call me back. I know they are there.
Driving that distance is risky. Dd was vomiting all night and some this morning. She hasn’t had food and has been sipping liquids. (She even puked on both of us at the store and all over the shopping cart earlier when I was getting stuff for her.) it’s all on the freeway so stopping to clean her up would be a nightmare.

That sucks I'm sorry. Who is at the hospital with your grandma? Could someone possibly come out and stay with dd in the waiting area or parking lot?

I lost my uncle, didn't even know he was sick. I still to this day wish I could've atleast said goodbye.
