It’s a Cricut. I have the Air II. But they have a new model called Cricut Maker. It can cut fabric! I wish I knew a new one was coming out or I would have waited to get that one. (It literally came out a month after I bough mine)
I do pay 10$ a month for a subscription to Cricut access online to get die cuts instead of buying cartridges. You can also buy cartridges online, to save storage space at home. Lots to learn about it but it’s totally worth it. I love crafting and this makes it soooooo easy.

The santa and elf are foil paper then the horse is glitter paper. They look cooler in person.
