Eat some greasy food and drink lots of fluids!

Coffee helps for me. I drank one margarita last night and woke up with a headache. I'm a lightweight!

Another shot of tequila! Or mix it with tomato juice for a Bloody Maria. Hair of the dog!

Gatorade or pedialite. You want to rehydrate, increase your blood sugar, replace any electrolytes you lost, and flush out the acetaldehyde (byproduct of alcohol metabolism). Once you do that eat some food and you should start feeling better. I generally will take some excedrine if I still have a headache after doing all those things.

When you have a hangover, drink a beer or have another shot. When dh was like 15 he had to do that from a severe hangover with his dad. Said at first it was nasty but then it didn't taste so bad.

I haven't got drunk since July 23,2014. I know the date bc that night when I left the hospital from seeing dd1 they told me and dh she had up to 4 more weeks in there. So we went home and I only had two joose and was sick the next day. The hospital called me at 11am on July 24 (my brothers birthday) and told me to come pick her up!! I sobered up so fast! I was so happy she was coming home.

Ibuprofen for aches, water for dehydration, and antacids for sour stonach. A good meal will help!
