I just rode out my last week and left everything it was as is. I didn't have to train my replacement though, so that's a bit different.

The only reason why I would try is so someone else that hasn't done anything wrong doesn't have to pick up the slack.

I'd put at least some effort into training newb just because it's really not their fault management was stupid. But I certainly wouldn't kill myself or go overboard

I'd put in effort to train the person taking your place like pp it's not the new persons fault management doesn't care.

Say the person they hired for you to train is constantly on her phone(selling tickets as a promoter via Facebook ) and has already shown she likes attention from the men. Even has commented about the cowboy FULLY clothed on a calendar 'I'd let him roll me around in the hay'. Haha. That really happened. Idk if I can handle it, the more I think about it.

I've told her to put her phone down. And have had a talk with the managers. One of them even acknowledged her behavior and asked for me to please stay.

This place is a joke guys. lol I really should walk out on Monday.

If she didn't show interest in the job and want to be trained right then I wouldn't care either. ??‍♀️
