To wean or not to wean
So DD is about 14 months old. Bf/ff, occasionally whole cows milk... I've noticed a dramatic decrease in my supply. She really doesn't nurse often. Once before the sun rises and maybe twice in the evening. I pump once or twice at work. Today I pumped for 30 minutes and only got an ounce. Yesterday I pumped even less. I have started working out and ended my monthly. Idk if that just put a dent in it. Or if I'm losing my supply. I'm on the fence of just weaning DD. I can start eating all things good for supply I know that helps. But do I make that extra effort? DD is already on toddler formula and cows milk.

Are you eating a diet that supports breastfeeding and working out?

When my daughter turned one I stooped pumping. She nurses when we get home around 7pm and then to bed and maybe 1-2 times at night.
On my off days she nurses maybe 2x a day plus the above.
My supply definitely dropped after pumping and I probably can't pump anything but it adjusted to her needs

@caught I tried changing my diet and I pumped 3 oz today! That is a huge relief lol. I thought I was done pumping. But my sweet DD can keep drinking mamas milk. Thanks for making me realize I was going about it wrong. ? I added better snacks and a fuller(?) breakfast lol
