Need motivation

How do these ladies do it? Look fabulous and have children? lol I'm 1 yr pp and still fat! I'm so tired of feeling down about myself, but seriously, where do you find time to work out? The only way I can think of is was up at the crack of dawn to exercise. But I go to bed late to get things ready for the next day. I work full time so working out has been on a back burner. I need some real motivation to get my butt in gear and drop some of this weight.

Do you have time to go for a walk after you get home from work? You could do exercises along your walk or find exercises you can do with babe. Good luck!

Just a suggestion from what worked for me.. when I was 4 months pp last year I was fed up and fat. I didn't run straight to the gym or work out at home all I did was walk and eat a clean diet and I lost 35lbs in 4 months with next to no working out! Maybe do the food side of healthy living first and see how well you get on ?

Is all about how bad you want it? I work full time and have two little kids. I workout after kids go to bed around 8pm. After that I clean up the house, prep their lunches etc. I go to bed between 11-12am. I have to to get up at 4am for work. It is possible you just have to make the time for it.

I am like spider-woman. I have two little girls, I work full-time and I'm in the gym 5 days/week. I do quick home workouts when I can't go to the gym.

Have your partner watch your baby so you can go.

I feel you girl ? I have a 6 year old 4 year old and 10 month old also a husband and a job and a home to take care of it's too much. I've lost 24 pounds so far with eating healthy and exercising but finding the time is so challenging with the kids after school activities and making home cooked meals. I honestly had to give up on trying to have a super clean home lol I rather have a pile of laundry to do than to keep feeling depressed about how I look. Something just has to give there's no way I could do it so I had to set my priorities in order. God, husband, kids, workout, work and then housework lol. I work evenings so this is a day in my shoes. Wake up make breakfast take the kids to school get home clean up a a bit then put the baby down for a nap while he naps I do a workout video and eat breakfast then I do some errands when he wakes up, get home eat lunch start cooking dinner pick up the kids from school then put the baby down for his second nap, heat up the dinner I made earlier feed everyone and myself, clean up the dishes, on the days the kids don't have sports then I go for a 1 mile walk to the park with the kids (I push a stroller, kids on there bikes) when we get to the park I run up and down the bleachers for about 15 minutes and do then I let the kids play, we go home. when I have to work(I don't work full time) my husband will take over but when I don't I will bathe them, help with homework, put on some tv and then put them to bed ? when I have the energy I will do some squats,sit-ups etc. You pretty much just have to make time when around your schedule it's all in the planning, I will plan my meals sometimes when I know it's going to be an extra busy day just so I won't eat badly.

You could always do 20 minute walks on weekends. Maybe you could try that? :)
