Poor baby! Have you introduced solids yet? If so, could you give her some cool (but not cold) puréed food? That might help coat her throat.

Are you breastfeeding? If so you could make some "milk pops". Take your milk and freeze it into little popsicles. ?

I wish we could put babies in bubbles so they don't get sick. Hope your LO feels better soon.
Maybe try warm vs cold. Sometimes I find warm more soothing on a sore throat. See what she prefers

I can warm baby food right? She already drinks warm breast milk and formula.
