Supply jeopardized???
After my recent hospital stay of 4 days with a severe case of Mastitis. My supply is down. I've been pumping and trying to nurse, but she can't get much. I'm afraid she's gonna give up on it! What do I do?

Just keep nursing. Pump after she nurses for 15 minutes. Power pump a couple times a day. Skin to skin. And you can ask the doctor about a medication to help increase milk while you work on building up your supply.

I'll ask about it. Just can't take anything that will make my antibiotics not work ? I wish I got a list of what could risk my antibiotics. K in super sleepy it's nap time

A lactation consultant should be able to help you with reviewing your medication and tell you what you can take

The trick to increasing your supply is to pump both sides with an electric pump at the same time
....your body thinks you have twins and you turn into a milk factory lol I actually have proof of this method working as I've only started pumping on Monday.....producing about 450ml a day (when pumping one side at a time) now I pump both sides at the same time and my body is able to produce 700ml+ per day....this all happened within the last 5 days.
