E.R. for sure especially if you have a high fever.

When I had mastitis I ended up with a 109 degree fever, luckily I was already in the E.R. I went in when my fever hit either 103 or 104.

Agree with urgent care instead of ER.

I went to ER, only cause it was late at night and ended up needing IV antibiotics. ? Hopefully yours isn't that bad.

I didn't end up going. I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow. Hopefully that's not a bad decision on my part. I don't have money for instacare at this very moment Andy doctor bills me. Didn't realize I was tapped out after paying bills

No go to an urgent care

I believe I had it. I was running a fever, bad pain in breast with no clogs, redness etc. I decided to try the natural route and I ended up fighting it off by the time I visited my doctor. If you google home treatment or something along those lines for mastitis you can find some ideas.

I thought this was coming with all your posts about clogged ducts! Mastitis isn't something to mess around with. Go to a walk in clinic or er. I promise when you start antibiotics you'll feel so much better.

Well instacare told me to go to the ER after I listed my symptoms. Been here for a while. They are keeping me overnight ?

I called instacare to see if they'd bill me. But they wouldn't even see me without a CO pay
